Staff Augmentation


Coding and HIM Staff Support


While HIM directors and staff undergo training on the new EMR/EHR system, your facility may need temporary staff to backfill their positions. Bringing in extra staff early on, will allow your current staff to attend all trainings, use the test system and become familiar with how they will be coding and working within the new system. Kforce Healthcare Solutions can provide experienced medical coding specialists with credentials in CCS, CPC, CPC-H, CCS-P, RHIA and RHIT.

 

Additionally, industry best practices suggest approximately three months of stabilization to support large system implementations.
