As a Kforce recruiter, you begin with Candidate Discovery to quickly develop a network of candidates within your assigned market. During this phase you will have access to state-of-the-art technology and a library of resources to help you build your network, whether through sourcing the internet or developing sources at educational institutions and professional associations. Plus, our one of a kind National Recruiting Center will support you throughout the entire process.

 

Talent Assessment
 

Once you build a network of Great People, the next step is to perform a Talent Assessment of your candidates. Through a variety of evaluation activities, you will work closely with both parties to align candidate skills with client needs.

 

Talent Deployment
 

The next step in the Knowledge Staffing Model is the Talent Deployment process. This is when you have the opportunity to fill a job order, offer a talent recommendation, and make the Right Match for all parties involved.

 

Relationship Management
 

In addition to developing a network of candidates, recruiters will work with the sales team to ensure client accounts that need to fill an open position are continuously supplied with viable candidates.
