As a Recruiter you will use the Kforce process of recruitment to perform efficient Candidate Discovery and Talent Assessments. You will work closely with an Account Executive who will help you understand client needs and requirements for candidates so you can make the Right Match – each time. Your primary role will be to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by placing qualified job seekers with our local and national clients.
 

Kforce Recruiter responsibilities include:

• Recruiting qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities including, but not limited to: market research (i.e., job fairs, job boards, etc.), identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls, attending seminars and networking events. 
• Determining and implementing appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set and region.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment.
• Qualifying candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Completing appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience. 
• Coordinating applicable background investigations with administrative staff.
• Analyzing client requirements against qualifications of candidates to match the best candidate with client needs.
• Presenting job opportunities to candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Preparing and debriefing candidates. Providing coaching and advice to candidates throughout the client interview process to include counteroffers and job transition.
• Conducting follow-up activities with candidates to ensure candidate satisfaction.
